Noida property hunt: Amrapali nightmares still haunting me?

Heard Amrapali kaafi messed up tha, so avoiding those projects. But honestly, how's the construction quality of newer projects by Gaurs? My parents keep saying check on-time delivery, but I'm more worried about hidden charges at possession. PLC vagarah kitna extra padta hai? Also, resale value wise, is ATS better in the long run? I'm confused ab samajh nahi aa raha!
