Noida property hunt: Under-construction is scary, right?

Since January I've been trying to decide between under-construction and ready-to-move in Noida. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer after hearing so many RERA horror stories. But under-construction mein price toh thoda kam hota hai, right? I'm looking at Alpha Builtech in Sector 37 but honestly not sure about construction quality. Is the pre-launch discount actually worth the risk, ya phir seedha OC wala flat dekhu? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
