Yaar, I just saw this video about nobody being able to afford homes. It got me thinking about Noida. Prices yahan bhi kaafi high hain, aur middle-class ke liye mushkil ho raha hai. But as an investor, I'm wondering, is Noida still a good bet for future appreciation and rental yield? Unsold inventory ka issue bhi hai, right? Kya lagta hai, long-term mein Noida projects ka ROI kaisa rahega?

Yaar, mujhe toh lagta hai Noida mein ab sirf bade investors hi entry le sakte hain. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye, budget mein kuch milta hi nahi. Aur unsold inventory ka issue toh hai hi, kaise expect karein ki prices badhenge?
