Noida property investment: On-time delivery a myth?

Based in Dubai, I can't visit sites easily. Has anyone dealt with delays from ATS? I'm looking at their projects, but worried about timelines. Also, what about Supertech? I've heard some horror stories about hidden charges at possession. Should I even consider them? Need a property manager too!
