Been tracking Noida's real estate for years, and honestly, the builder quality varies wildly. Everyone glorifies ATS, but nobody talks about the high maintenance charges post-possession. My experience shows that although their initial build quality is decent, expect hefty monthly bills later. Supertech, on the other hand, offers seemingly cheaper options, but I've seen so many possession delays with them, the ROI simply isn't worth the headache.
