Noida property investment - which builder to trust?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm super confused about builders in Noida. I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Has anyone had on-time possession with ATS? Heard mixed reviews. Also, what about construction quality with Godrej? Is it worth the premium, ya phir just marketing? Need some help!
