Everyone glorifies 3BHKs for 'family living' but nobody talks about the rental yield reality. I'm seeing 2BHKs in Sector 62 consistently giving better ROI. Plus, smaller EMIs make it easier to manage. I've seen this pattern before with Express Builders projects. Honestly, a 2BHK is easier to rent out to working professionals. Is it just me, or is the premium for that extra room not worth it? From my experience, 2BHKs are liquid assets, matlab quickly rented or sold. Also, plot versus flat – flat sahi hai if you want rental income. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
