Noida property: Is 'no investment' real for buyers?

Saw a video pop up today about earning from real estate without putting money down. I'm actively looking at buying a flat in Noida, and this concept kinda confused me. It sounded more like being a broker or something, not actually owning property. Does anyone know if these 'no investment' strategies are realistic for someone who wants to buy a home or plot in Noida? What are your thoughts?
