Yaar, I'm fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Dekha Jaypee Kalypso Court and Realtyvision 4th Avenue. Kalypso looks fancy but 4th Avenue is way cheaper. Anyone compared carpet area efficiency? Which one has better resale value, bhai? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?

Totally understand your frustration, bhai! Kalypso Court ka look and feel toh next level hai, no doubt. But that price range, uff! ₹2.1 Cr se ₹6.1 Cr tak sunke hi budget hil jaata hai. 4th Avenue cheaper hai toh it makes sense for first-time buyers like us. Did you check out the actual carpet area on both? Sometimes fancy projects have more super built-up than actual usable space.
