Bhai, totally relatable! Main bhi NRI hoon aur same headache. POA pe trust karna is a big gamble. Kya karein samajh nahi aata.

Sahi baat hai U1. Mera ek relative ne POA diya tha, baad mein property dispute ho gaya. Uske baad se main toh bahot darr gaya hoon. Especially for older properties, records clear nahi hote.
