₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150, that's what my agent quoted for a Mahagun project. Honestly, prices in Noida have shot up so much, I'm confused if it's still a good time to buy or if we've missed the boat. My parents say Jewar Airport aur FNG Expressway ka buzz already market mein reflect ho gaya hai. Should I still jump in for a 2BHK in Sector 137, hoping for future appreciation, ya wait for a potential correction? What does the community think about the current market? Has it peaked already for first-time buyers?
