Noida property owners, Ansal API: worth the risk?

Ansal API ka on-time delivery record toh bilkul kharab hai, right? I'm hearing horror stories about Carnation Garden. My friend booked there and possession is delayed by almost 2 years. 2 saal! Are they even communicating with buyers properly? Honestly not sure if it's worth the headache even if the prices are lower. What was your experience with Ansal? Hidden charges ka kya scene tha, anyone? Should I avoid?
