Sector 110 mein just moved in last month. JKG Constructions ne OC late diya. Things nobody told me: PLC charges are insane! Maintenance bhi alag se. Anyone else facing this? Should I have negotiated harder? Hope others share their experience.

Maintenance toh alag se lagega hi na? That's standard practice. But PLC charges should have been discussed beforehand. Did you check your agreement carefully?
