Noida property owners: builder maintenance charges - worth it?

Eldeco Swagatam mein suna hai post-possession maintenance is high. Anyone living there can confirm? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. Is the price jump worth it if maintenance bhi zyada hai? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Any experiences with Eldeco's maintenance? Hope someone can share their insight.
