Noida property owners: Eldeco vs other builders?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading, and Eldeco Swagatam keeps popping up. Anyone have experience with their on-time delivery? Heard some stories about delays, matlab not sure if it's worth the price jump. Also, resale value after 5 years—how does Eldeco compare? Or should I consider other builders in the same price range? Already have a home loan, so pre-approved is a plus.
