Noida property owners, have you faced hidden charges?

ATS Infrastructure looks good on paper, but I'm hearing things. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading, but is the price jump worth it if they pull a fast one with hidden costs? Amrapali Crystal Homes, well, everyone knows their story, right? Anyone actually get possession without extra EDC/IDC charges suddenly appearing? Seriously, what did you do? Already have a home loan, so can't afford surprises. Is there a way to avoid these unexpected costs? Any advice?
