Noida property owners: Is upgrading to a villa worth it?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 138. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa by RBS Buildtech Pvt Ltd. The price jump is huge though! Already have a home loan, so EMI will be crazy. Is the extra space really worth the financial strain? Has anyone else faced this?
