Noida property owners: what's your biggest regret so far?

Just moved into Block H last month. Possession was in March, Dwarka Dwellings Private Limited. Honestly, the rental yield is lower than I expected. Advertised yields toh kuch aur hi bolte hain. Should I have gone for a bigger 3BHK instead of 2? Not sure if it would've made a huge difference. Noida vs Greater Noida Extension—kya sahi tha? EMI is killing me, yaar. Anyone else facing this? What's your take?
