Noida property owners: who actually delivered on time?

Finally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN. I'm looking at different builders in Noida. Heard mixed reviews about Supertech's delivery timelines. Anyone faced delays with them, especially in their older projects? On the other hand, Ajnara seems slightly better maybe? I'm trying to figure out who's actually reliable. What's your experience? Is there a builder with a solid on-time record? Honestly not sure who to trust. Any insights?
