Spent weeks checking out projects in Sector 150 before finally booking. Just got possession of my 3BHK there last month, paid around ₹1.8 Cr. Feeling good about it, but now thinking... Noida mein property ke prices itne upar ja rahe hain, especially with Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway ka buzz. Kya lagta hai, is it sustainable? I mean, 5-10% annually is bahut high. Some say it's just the beginning for areas like Sector 150, others fear a correction. Should I have waited? Ya abhi bhi sahi time hai for another investment in say, Noida Extension? Builders like Godrej and ATS are still launching new projects. What's your first-hand experience, will this growth last?
