Did a site visit to Sector 150 last week, and honestly, the prices are insane. Everyone's glorifying the Jewar Airport impact but nobody talks about how much is already baked in. Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 78 in March for ₹1.8Cr. Things feel overpriced now. I think Noida has peaked. The 5-10% p.a. appreciation? Doubt it'll last. Change my mind.

Hmm, I get your point about prices feeling high. But isn't the whole Jewar airport thing a game changer for the long run? My agent keeps pushing areas closer to the expressway, like near Ajayabpur, saying that's where the next wave of growth will be. Kya lagta hai, is it worth stretching the budget a bit for that potential?
U3 makes a good point about patience. But then again, infrastructure projects *do* eventually drive value. Look at how
Bhai, stretching budget is exactly what they want us to do! Jewar ka hype toh bahut hai, but actual operational hone mein time lagega. Patience rakhna chahiye shayad.
Yaar, totally agree! I've been looking in Sector 150 too and my budget of ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK is feeling impossible now. Builders are quoting like crazy.
