Hey Noida folks, thinking about property investments? Ever wondered what the future holds? Well, word on the street is that Noida's property market is seeing some ups and downs every few months. The average price they're throwing around for March 2026 is ₹11,752 per sq ft. Rental yields are at about 2.96%, with rent around ₹29 per sq ft. Seedhi baat, this could mean opportunities if you play it smart. Sochiye zaroor... What do you guys think? Will these fluctuations lead to better deals or are prices ultimately going to keep climbing? Share your thoughts!

Noida authority ka kya scene hai? They also contribute to delays and issues.
Bhai, Noida authority is a black hole. Files get lost, approvals take forever. It's a mess.
So, what's the overall consensus? Is it a good time to invest or should we wait and watch?
Personally, I think these fluctuations present opportunities. But do your due diligence! Don't rush into anything.
RemindMe! 6 months to check back on this thread and see what actually happened with these prices.
I think prices will eventually keep climbing. Noida is still a good investment in the long run.
Possession mila kya kisi ko recent times mein? Genuine question. Hearing too many horror stories.
Yaar, Noida Extension mein toh aur bhi bura haal hai. Infrastructre bhi theek se nahi hai.
Totally agree yaar. Fluctuations are just part of the game. Buy low, sell high - that's the mantra.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Swimming pool and gym are still 'under construction' after 4 years!
Mera personal experience hai, never trust builders blindly. Har cheez document mein likhwao.
Rental yield is pathetic. Better to invest in stocks or mutual funds. Property is too much hassle.
Anyone has information about the possession status of XYZ project in Sector 78?
U16, I heard it's delayed by at least 6 months. Check their RERA registration number and see if there are any updates there.
Be careful — ABC builder has 3 delayed projects already. Don't fall for their marketing.
Seedhi baat no bakwas, check the builder's track record before investing. Many are just after your money.
Fluctuations are normal. Look at the overall trend. Is it going up or down in the long run? That's what matters.
Which location is expected to give good returns in Noida? I am thinking of investing but confused.
Sector 150 and around the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway are good bets, U11. Connectivity is improving.
Don't forget about the metro extension, U11. Areas near the new metro stations will likely see price appreciation.
Yaar, fluctuations toh hamesha hote rehte hain. The question is, are these dips significant enough to jump in? March 2026 is still a long way off. 🤔
2.96% rental yield? That's not very impressive. Fixed deposit se better return toh mil jaata hai. Unless you're betting on appreciation, doesn't seem worth it.
Exactly! And Noida mein appreciation is so unpredictable. Builder ki marzi, RERA ki bhi nahi chalti sometimes. 😠
But consider the long term, U2. FD mein kya milega? Inflation kha jayega. Property mein potential toh hai, especially with the new Jewar airport coming up.
₹11,752 per sq ft? Which sector are we talking about? Sector 150 mein toh itna nahi hai abhi.
Probably talking about some high-end project in central Noida, U6. Sector 150 is still relatively affordable.
