Okay I'll be honest—finding the right project is tough. I'm looking at Antriksh Golf View II and VRSA The Ultima Heights. Ultima Heights is ready to move, which is tempting. Antriksh Golf View II mein, I'm worried about the actual possession timeline, even though it's 'completed'. Is the peace of mind of ready possession worth the higher price per sqft in Ultima Heights? Also, anyone know how the maintenance charges compare? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega?
