Noida property search: Rudra Buildwell vs. JMD Siddh?

Since January I've been checking out options for a bigger 3BHK in Noida. Kids' school admission is getting tough with our current space. JMD Siddh Appartment is ready to move, which is tempting, but my wife's priority is a newer society. Rudra Buildwell Jagdambe Apartments looks good on paper, but it's still under construction. Is the lower price worth the risk of delays? Carpet area efficiency bhi matter karta hai, honestly not sure which offers more usable space. Thoughts?

Bhai, Rudra Buildwell Jagdambe Apartments under construction? Are you sure? Meri research ke hisaab se toh woh kaafi purana project hai, possession 2003 mein ho gaya tha. Maybe you're confusing it with some other project? Ready-to-move is always better for peace of mind, especially with kids. What's the price difference you are seeing between JMD Siddh and Rudra, roughly?
