Noida property: Short-term investment possible?

Just saw a video discussing short-term real estate investing, especially in Noida. I'm considering buying a property there, but honestly not sure agar short-term gains possible hain. The video talked about best times to buy/sell and different options, which got me thinking. Noida ka market kaafi dynamic lagta hai. Kya kisi ne actual mein short-term investment se profit kiya hai wahan? Ya it's too risky for quick returns?
