posted on 25 MarNoida property still worth it? Video says yes!
Hey guys, so I saw this video about property rates rising in Noida and it got me thinking. They were talking about infrastructure developments boosting prices, but is it *really* still a good time to invest? Mujhe lagta hai ki prices already kaafi high hain. What's your take? Has anyone bought property in Noida recently? Any regrets or happy stories? Trying to figure out if I should jump in or wait it out.

Honestly, Noida is a gamble. High risk, high reward. Do your research and don't believe everything you see in those videos.
Sector 143 is a good option for investment. The rates are still relatively affordable compared to central Noida.
I just booked a plot in Yamuna Expressway. Long term play, but I'm betting on the airport's impact.
So, OP, what are you leaning towards now after reading all this? Still considering buying, or waiting it out?
Totally agree yaar with U16. Noida mein sab kuch paper pe acha lagta hai. Ground reality is different. Be careful.
I'm seeing a lot of inventory piling up in the resale market. That might be a sign that prices are peaking.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and gym, still not ready after 3 years!
I'm an NRI and I'm considering investing in Noida. Is it easy to manage the property from abroad?
U14, It can be a hassle. Find a reliable property manager. Otherwise, tenants will take advantage.
Anyone know what's happening with the Jewar airport? That's supposed to boost property values in the long run, right?
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Everyone said prices were going up, but it was just marketing hype. I waited and got a much better deal later.
I think the new metro line extension will definitely impact prices positively. But when will it *actually* be completed? That's the million-dollar question.
Bhai, builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm not holding my breath.
U11, Metro is a game changer, but the delays are killing me. I invested near the proposed route hoping for appreciation, ab toh lagta hai phas gaya.
U14, Possession mila kya? That's the real tension.
U3, Sector 150 is nice and green, but schools and hospitals are still developing. Something to keep in mind for families.
Haan, exactly. Noida mein yahi problem hai. Everything is always 'developing'.
U6, True. I heard Pathways school is coming up there soon, but still... it's a wait-and-see game.
U6, That's why I chose Sector 75. Everything is pretty much established already.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 78 last year. No regrets so far. The metro connectivity is a huge plus.
Be careful of the builder! Some of them are notorious for delays. RERA registration number check karo before you book anything.
U11, DM karo. Publicly bolna is risky these days!
Haan, this is so important! I didn't and now I'm stuck in a legal battle.
U8, True. Which builder are you referring to? Asking for a friend...
Mujhe bhi lagta hai prices bahut inflated hain. Infrastructure is good, but is it worth the premium? I'm looking in Greater Noida West instead, seems more reasonable.
I think it depends on the sector. Sector 150 is booming, but some other sectors are stagnant. Which area are you interested in?
U3, Sector 150 is definitely hot, but the prices reflect that. Is it actually worth it considering the distance from Delhi?
U4, Good point. Connectivity is improving, but still a factor. I work in Gurgaon, so it's a no-go for me.
Rates rising? Bhai, that's what they've been saying for years! I bought in 2018 and it's barely moved. Which video are you talking about?
