Noida property: The hidden costs nobody tells you

Did anyone else get hit with so many hidden charges after finally getting possession in Noida? Just moved into my 2BHK in Sector 26 last month, Laureate Buildwell ka project tha. Booking ke time they said sab clear hai, but possession ke time maintenance advance, club charges, even some weird utility connection fees were added. Matlab, negotiation for the base price felt okay, got a bit off, but these extra costs... they really add up. Is it normal in Noida to have so many surprises, ya I missed something?
