Since January, I've been looking for a 3BHK in Sector 22-D for my growing family. Honestly, everyone glorifies Noida's property market, but nobody talks about the *real* all-in cost. Builders like Pks Buildmart base price pe quote karte hain, but then PLC, stamp duty, parking, maintenance, OC... it adds up to another 20-25% easily. Meri wife kids ki safety chahti hai, but I'm worried about the final bill. Is this just how it is? Change my mind.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Pks Buildmart ka toh pata nahi, but every builder in Noida does this. Base price is just a bait. I was looking near Alpha I Greater Noida, and the hidden costs were insane. It's like they have a secret menu for charges.
