I'm looking at properties in Noida, and honestly, some of the prices mentioned just feel really high for the specs. Not sure if the value proposition is there. Totally agree with you! Maine bhi woh video dekha. Ace Terra ka jo price quote kar rahe hain, for that location, it feels like a stretch.
