My friend, who went ahead, is still fighting for possession. They keep giving new dates, and the RERA complaint is also stuck. Builders like these make you lose faith in the whole system.

Exactly! Mera ek relative ne Greater Noida West mein ek project mein invest kiya tha, sirf promises pe. Ab 5 saal ho gaye, project stuck hai. Unka home loan bhi chal raha hai aur kiraye pe bhi reh rahe hain. So, the risk is real, especially with builders having a shaky past like Jaypee Greens.
Risky toh hai bhai. Noida market mein supply bahut zyada hai, aur builders ka trust deficit. Unless it's a ready-to-move-in property, I'd say be very cautious. Pre-launch offers toh bilkul avoid karo.

Sahi keh rahe ho. But ye video kis project ka hai exactly? Maybe koi naya project hai jo better manage ho raha ho? What about their older projects, like in Alpha-II Commercial Belt?
