Noida property: Which builder would you trust more?

Honestly, I'm a bit confused. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. But buying for myself is different, right? I'm torn between Godrej and ATS. Godrej's on-time delivery is generally good, but I've heard whispers about construction quality issues post-possession – plaster cracks, that sort of thing. ATS, on the other hand, has a solid reputation for quality, but their possession dates can be...flexible, to put it mildly. Matlab, delayed. And super area vs carpet area games, everyone plays that. Which one would you pick if you were in my position? On-time vs quality? Community ka kya opinion hai?
