Just got possession of my 2BHK, Pratishtha Group, Techzone IV. Everyone talks listed price, but actual all-in cost? Mera final bill ₹80L se ₹90L tak gaya. Builders hide so much. Change my mind.

Totally relate! My friend also bought a 2BHK in Alpha II and faced similar hidden charges. Builders are so opaque, they just keep adding stuff. It's like a never-ending bill.
