posted on 11 AprNoida Q3 2025: Property Prices Climb 7.0% YoY
Noida folks, are you also feeling the pinch when house hunting? Seedhi baat, property prices are UP again! New data shows a solid 7% jump in just the last quarter, and a whopping 19.5% compared to last year. Plus, more people are buying, and builders are launching new projects, especially those bigger 3BHKs we all want. Sochiye zaroor… does this change your investment plans for Noida? What do you all think?

I think the new Jewar airport is also driving up prices. Long-term investment potential is huge.
The biggest problem in Noida is builder delays and poor construction quality. Prices are secondary.
Overall, I think Noida is still a good investment, but do your research properly and don't rush into anything.
I'm an NRI looking to invest in Noida. Which sector would you guys recommend for rental income?
Check the RERA registration number before investing in any project. It's the most important thing!
I bought in Sector 44 three years ago. Best decision ever. Location is prime, and prices have doubled.
So, is it a good time to buy or not? Confused!
Don't blindly trust these reports. Check the fine print. They often manipulate data to create hype.
I'm seeing a lot of investors flipping properties quickly. Buy, hold for 6 months, sell for a quick profit. Risky business, but some are making a killing.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm starting to think I'll never get my apartment.
Anyone have any experience with ATS projects in Sector 104? Thinking of investing there.
Be careful with Supertech. Unka track record is not good. Many delayed projects.
Seedhi baat no bakwas, is this a good time to invest, or should I wait for a correction?
Mera experience toh kharab raha hai with Noida property. Booked a flat in 2018, still waiting for possession. RERA mein complaint daalni padi.
Which project, U12? Share the name so others can be careful.
U12, RERA complaint se kuch hua? Kitna time laga?
Sector 150 is the place to be, guys. Greenery, good connectivity, and prices are still reasonable compared to older sectors.
I think this price hike is driven by NRIs investing. They have stronger purchasing power.
19.5% YoY is insane! It feels like a bubble forming. Kya lagta hai, will it burst soon?
New launches are all 3BHKs? Who can afford that these days? I'm a first-time buyer looking for a 2BHK, and options are limited and overpriced.
U5, try looking in Noida Extension. Still relatively cheaper, but connectivity is improving. Metro coming soon!
I bought a plot in Yamuna Expressway Authority a few years back. Should I sell now while the market is hot?
7%? Are you serious? Bhai, Noida is becoming unaffordable. I remember when 5k/sqft was considered expensive. Ab toh Sector 75 mein bhi 8k+ chal raha hai!
U1, tell me about it! I bought in 150 three years ago thinking it was a good deal. Now the EMIs are killing me and the value hasn't appreciated as much as I hoped.
Exactly! And the quality isn't even improving. Just more 'luxury' projects with the same old problems.
