Noida Q3 2025: Property Prices Shoot Up 7.0%

Hey guys, Noida real estate scene mein kya chal raha hai? Everyone's been asking if it's the right time to buy, especially with all the price fluctuations. Well, here's something interesting: Noida property prices just jumped up 7% in the last three months alone! Buyer interest bhi badh gaya hai, around 6%, and new supply is up 10%. But YoY, we're looking at almost 20% increase in prices. That's pretty significant! So, is this a good time to invest, or should we wait it out?
