**Noida mein property prices 7% se badh gaye!** Guys, Noida real estate is on fire! Q3 2025 mein prices mein zabardast jump dekha gaya hai. Buyer interest bhi badh raha hai, aur naye homes bhi market mein aa rahe hain. Lagta hai Jewar Airport aur expressways ka asar dikh raha hai. Yeh news kaafi important hai un logon ke liye jo Noida mein invest karna chahte hain. 19.5% year-on-year growth toh bahut hi solid hai. Iska matlab hai ki agar aapne pichle saal invest kiya hota, toh aapko kaafi fayda hota. Abhi bhi time hai, market mein kuch bada hone wala hai. Kya kisi ke paas is bare mein aur information hai? Ya kisi ne recently Noida mein property kharidi hai? Apne experiences share karo!

Okay, so next step for me is to visit some sites in Sector 78. Wish me luck! Hope I don't get scammed by the builders lol.
Anyone have any insights on the commercial property market in Noida? Is it also seeing similar growth?
Guys, before investing, check the builder's financial health. Many are heavily indebted and projects get stalled.
Mujhe toh lagta hai yeh bubble hai. Government elections ke baad sab theek ho jayega. Prices will stabilize.
So, what's the general consensus? Is Noida still a good investment or is it too late to jump on the bandwagon?
Too late? Never! Noida still has potential. But do your homework and choose wisely.
7% increase is an average. Some sectors like 150, 75, and 78 are seeing higher growth due to better infrastructure and connectivity.
Agree with U17. Sector 150 mein toh rates already sky high hain.
Connectivity is key. The metro extension to Knowledge Park is going to boost prices in that area too.
I'm a first-time home buyer. Should I wait for prices to correct or buy now before they go even higher? Confused!
U20, nobody can predict the market. Buy if you find a good deal and it fits your budget. Don't wait indefinitely.
U20, do your research and don't get pressured by the market hype. There are always good deals to be found if you're patient.
Mera toh builder ne phir se possession date extend kar diya! I'm so frustrated. Legal action lena padega kya?
U13, which project? Sector and builder batao. I'm also facing similar issues.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 150 three years ago. The prices have almost doubled! Feeling lucky right now.
Sector 150 is a good location. Greenery and good connectivity. But the social infrastructure is still developing.
Year-on-year 19.5% growth is impressive. But is this sustainable? I remember 2014-2016 market crash. Don't want to get burned again.
Jewar Airport is definitely a game changer. I'm thinking of investing in land near Yamuna Expressway. Risky but potentially high returns.
I'm an NRI looking to invest in Noida. Is it better to buy ready-to-move-in or under-construction property?
U9, consider the location and connectivity. The new metro line extensions are making some areas more attractive than others.
U9, if you need immediate rental income, go for ready-to-move-in. Otherwise, under-construction can give better appreciation if you can wait.
U9, check the builder's reputation carefully. Many builders in Noida are notorious for delays and poor construction quality.
Bhai, 7% is nothing. My friend bought in Gurgaon, uske toh 15% badh gaye. Noida is still catching up.
I bought a flat in Sector 78 last year. Hopefully, this means my investment is finally paying off! Fingers crossed.
Sector 78? U3, which builder? And what's the possession status? I'm also looking there.
RERA registration is just a formality these days. Doesn't guarantee timely possession. Check their past project completion rate.
U4, be careful with Amrapali projects there. Delayed possession is a huge issue.
U4, it's by XYZ builders. Possession expected by end of this year. RERA registered hai, check kar lena.
7%?! That's insane! Which sectors are seeing the biggest jump? Is it the ones near Jewar Airport?
