posted on 17 AprNoida Q3 2025: Property Prices Shoot Up 7.0%
Noida mein toh prices badhte hi jaa rahe hain! Latest news yeh hai ki property prices Q3 2025 mein 7% se badh gaye hain. Last year se compare karein toh, almost 20% ka jump hai! Yeh sab Noida International Airport jaise infrastructure projects ki wajah se ho raha hai. Plus, buyer interest bhi badh raha hai, aur naye ghar bhi aa rahe hain market mein. Toh, Noida mein property lena kitna sahi rahega? Kya yeh khushkhabri hai ya chintaa ki baat?

I think Noida is still a good investment long term. The infrastructure projects will continue to drive growth. But be selective and do your due diligence.
So, what's the consensus? Is Noida a good buy right now, or are we heading for a bubble? I'm seeing so many mixed opinions here.
Heard it's supposed to be completed by end of 2026. But knowing these deadlines, I wouldn't hold my breath. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Same story everywhere.
My cousin bought a resale property in Sector 19. Older construction, but prime location. Smart move I think. Location matters more than new amenities sometimes.
That's true. Location is king. But new amenities are also important for attracting tenants. Rental income is a big factor for many investors.
So, is now a good time to buy in Noida, or should I wait for a correction? I'm a first-time buyer, confused and scared.
U17, that's a tough question. Nobody can predict the future. But if you find a property you like and can afford, don't wait too long. Prices might keep going up. But do your research properly!
Haan exactly, U9 is right. RERA registration is a must. And check the builder's track record. Many builders have multiple delayed projects in Noida.
I bought a property in Greater Noida West 5 years ago. Prices have barely moved. Maybe I should have invested in Noida proper. Feeling FOMO right now.
Greater Noida West is still developing. Give it time. The metro extension will help boost prices. But yeah, Noida is definitely hotter right now.
Metro extension kab tak hoga yaar? They've been promising it for ages. I'm tired of relying on autos and cabs.
Sector 150 mein toh rates already pahunch gaye hain 7000+ per sqft. Crazy! I remember just a year ago it was around 5500. Investors are making a killing.
Investors are definitely making money, but so are builders! They're the real winners here. Delayed projects, inflated costs... it's a scam sometimes.
Totally agree with U6. My possession is delayed by 2 years already. Builder is giving lame excuses about COVID. Anyone else facing this in Sector 75?
U7, which builder are you talking about? Name and shame! We need to be transparent here. I'm considering investing in a project there.
U8, be careful! Before investing, RERA registration number check karo properly. Also, visit the site physically. Don't just rely on brochures.
7%?! Bhai, that's insane! I bought in Sector 78 last year, and even then prices felt high. Now I'm feeling a little better about my investment. Lekin, are these prices sustainable?
Chintaa ki baat toh hai hi! 20% jump? How can middle-class families even afford a home in Noida now? EMI toh sky high ho jaayega.
Noida International Airport impact is real, but don't forget the Jewar airport expressway. Connectivity is key. But 7% in one quarter? Sounds a bit inflated. Source kya hai?
Source Propmyna itself bhai! They usually have good data. But I agree with U2, affordability is a big concern. Specially for first-time buyers.
