posted on 8 AprNoida Q3 2025: Property Prices Surge 7.0%, Demand Up
Noida folks, are you seeing the property value gains everyone's talking about? Q3 numbers are in, and prices jumped another 7%! Demand is up, and new supply is coming online, but that Jewar Airport effect is real. If you're thinking long-term, Noida looks like it's still got room to run. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

Overall, Noida is still a good investment destination, but you need to be patient and strategic.
So, what's the consensus? Buy now or wait and watch? I'm so confused!
Jewar airport se toh bas property dealers ka fayda ho raha hai. Common man ke liye abhi kuch nahi hai.
Thinking of selling my property in Sector 62. What's a realistic price to expect these days?
Metro connectivity is a huge factor. Sectors with good metro access will always be in demand.
Positive for those who invested early. New buyers have to be very selective and do their homework.
Anyone know the average rental yield in Noida right now?
Don't forget to factor in the cost of registration and stamp duty! It adds up quickly.
Sector 93A mein Supertech Emerald Court ka kya scene hai? Still demolition pending?
7% is a good jump, but inflation bhi toh dekho! Real returns kitne hain?
I think the Jewar Airport impact is overhyped. It's still years away from being fully operational.
I'm seeing a lot of unsold inventory in Greater Noida West. Prices might correct there.
I am an NRI looking to invest. Which sectors are considered safe bets for appreciation in the next 5 years?
Sector 150 and around Jewar Airport (Yamuna Expressway area) are promising. But do your due diligence!
U10, depends on your risk appetite. Sectors close to the metro line extension will also see good growth.
Aapko kya lagta hai ki rates aur badhenge? I'm a first-time buyer and feeling the pressure to buy now.
Possession mila kya kisi ko ATS Green mein? Been waiting for 3 years!
Bhai, ATS ka toh naam hi mat lo. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Unreliable.
Jewar Airport ka hype toh hai, but infrastructure development is still slow. Positive long-term, but short-term volatility rahega.
Positive for sellers, negative for buyers obviously! Abhi rent pe rehna hi theek hai, unless you absolutely *need* to buy.
Exactly my thoughts! Rent is so much more economical right now. EMI burden kaun lega?
U4, but rent bhi toh badh raha hai! Double-edged sword hai bhai.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 143 in 2022. Back then it was 45 lakhs. Now it's easily 60+. No regrets!
New supply is good, but builder quality is questionable. Be very careful before investing.
Totally agree. RERA registration number check karo before you even think about booking.
7%? Bhai, which sector are we talking about? Sector 75 mein toh rates stagnant hain, at least for the resale flats.
Haan yaar, Sector 75 is a different story. Too much supply. New sectors like 150 are driving the price increase.
