Sector 150 — eyeing Godrej and ATS for a 3BHK. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. What's the *real* construction quality and amenities delivery like post-possession? Any surprises?

Jaise aapne pucha hai, ATS Pristine ka swimming pool aur gym kaafi well-maintained hai, I've heard from a friend who lives there. Godrej Nest mein bhi amenities hain but maintenance charges thode high lagte hain. Quality wise, both are decent but ATS
Yaar, I think Godrej properties are generally good. My cousin got a flat in Godrej Woods, Sec 43, thoda delay hua but overall quality is decent. Finishings achhi hain and maintenance team bhi responsive hai. Sector 150 is prime location, so demand will always be there.
Bhai, Godrej aur ATS dono ke naam bade hain par Sector 150 mein thoda careful rehna. Mere ek dost ne Godrej Nurture mein book kiya tha, possession mein 6 mahine delay hua aur amenities kaafi downscaled mili. Club House ka kaam abhi tak pura nahi hai, bolte hain next year hoga. ATS mein bhi similar stories suni hain, especially after-sales service ke liye. RERA complaint numbers check kar lena, you might be surprised. Don't go by brand name alone.
