Noida real estate: 3BHK upgrade worth the EMI jump?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Is the price jump worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase. Galaxy Group is showing some good options, but confused.
