Noida real estate: Aims Golf vs Eldeco Edge opinions?
I'm based in Dubai and scouting Noida for investment, can't do a site inspection myself easily. Honestly not sure if ready-to-move is worth the premium. Everyone glorifies ready possession in Eldeco Edge, but nobody talks about the carpet area. Are we really getting what we pay for? My budget is around that range, but is the price justified compared to Aims Golf Avenue? Also, what about rental potential? Need a property manager sorted too. Is it smarter to risk under-construction for potentially better ROI, or stick with ready and accept lower returns? Change my mind, or tell me why I'm wrong. What’s the registry and documentation smoothness like in both?

Yaar, same boat! Dubai se invest karna waise hi tough hai. Eldeco Edge ki hype toh hai, but carpet area ka point sahi pakda hai. Aims Golf Avenue ka price range dekh ke lagta hai, maybe wahan value better milegi, but ready-to-move ka sukoon bhi chahiye.
Totally agree with you! Carpet area ka fraud bahut hota hai. Builder ads mein kuch aur dikhate hain, actual mein kam nikalta hai.
