JKG Palm Court ka construction period bhi tension de raha hai, double EMI ka soch ke hi darr lagta hai. My friend had a nightmare with another builder near Ajayabpur, possession delayed by 3 years! So, ready-to-move sounds great but the cost and builder's past are major concerns.
