ASK Developers has delayed possession by 6 months now! My EMI and rent both are going. Sector 63A mein anyone else facing this? Kya karna chahiye?

Did anyone try approaching the consumer court? RERA is good but consumer court can sometimes be faster.
Consumer court mein time bahut lagta hai. RERA is still better in my opinion for real estate specific issues.
Final verdict? RERA complaint daalo and keep fighting. Don't give up!

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder in Noida Extension. I filed a RERA complaint, and after almost a year of hearings, I finally got possession with compensation for the delay.
RERA is the way to go. But be prepared for a long and tedious process. Lawyer pakad lo, it will help.

My personal opinion: Noida real estate is a gamble. High risk, high reward. But do your due diligence before investing.
What's the latest update on the project in Sector 63A? Has anyone contacted the builder recently?
ASK Developers ka track record bahut kharab hai. Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects that I know of. Sector 63A mein, which project are we talking about?
Guys, Noida real estate prices are going up again, especially near the new metro line. Maybe sell the apartment if it's too delayed and invest somewhere else?
That's a risky move! Selling now might mean selling at a loss, considering the registration and other costs already incurred.
Exactly, prices are increasing, but selling at a loss is not the solution. Fight for what you paid for!
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Sector 63A should be around 5-6k depending on the project.

UP RERA website is a pain to navigate, but all the information is there. Patience rakhna padega.
I bought in Sector 78 three years ago. Possession mila toh tha, but amenities abhi tak complete nahi hai! Swimming pool is still 'under construction'.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They promise everything and deliver nothing.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake too!
Which floor did you book and when? Corner unit hai kya? That can sometimes affect the timeline.
Good question. Facing bhi important hai. East facing units generally get delayed less often.
Don't think floor or facing matters much, its purely builder's inefficiency!
Totally agree yaar, Noida mein builders are notorious for delays. EMI aur rent, double whammy! Which project exactly in 63A? Maybe we can form a group and take collective action.
6 months is nothing! I've been waiting for possession in Sector 150 for almost 2 years now. RERA mein complaint daalo, that's the only way.
RERA complaint is a good idea. But before that, check the RERA registration number of the project and see if it's still valid. Sometimes they let it lapse to avoid scrutiny. @U3 Which builder in 150?

Bhai, ASK Developers ka toh yahi scene hai. Mere dost ka bhi Sector 75 mein 8 months delay hua tha. Fight karna padega! Sector 63A mein kaunsa project hai?
