Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate and I'm a bit overwhelmed. I'm trying to figure out the best areas for potential appreciation and good rental yield. What do you think about Sector 63 for investment purposes? Has anyone experienced good returns there? I'm also looking at different builders. I've heard mixed reviews about various projects. Kya aap logon ko pata hai Ajay Enterprises Pvt Ltd ke baare mein? What's your experience with them? Are their projects worth considering for long-term investment? Which is better: investing in under-construction property versus ready-to-move? I'm thinking about rental income, so ready-to-move seems appealing, but under-construction properties might appreciate more. Mujhe advice chahiye on which strategy is generally better in Noida right now. Also, what kind of rental yield can one realistically expect in Sector 63 these days?
