I bought a flat in Sector 150 three years ago. Paid around 5k/sqft. Now it's 7k/sqft. So, yeah, prices have already been rising. But 2026-2030, that's a long time to wait for faster appreciation.
Sector 150 is prime location though. Greenest sector! Baaki sectors mein itna appreciation nahi hua.
