Dekho guys, I just watched this video on the real estate market, especially about Noida. It's titled 'House of Cards or Solid Ground' which really hit home. I'm evaluating Noida projects for investment, mainly looking at rental yield and future appreciation. Noida mein projects ka pricing abhi high lag raha hai, but is it justified for long-term ROI? The video talks about some genuine issues. What do you guys think about Noida's location growth potential? Is it still a good bet for investors right now ya bubble hai?

Yaar, I totally agree with the video. Noida mein prices abhi sky-high lag rahe hain, especially for projects near the expressway. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh budget hil jaata hai. Is this really sustainable? Mujhe toh bubble lag raha hai.
Bhai, sahi kaha. Alpha I Greater Noida mein prices dekh ke toh darr hi lagta hai. Lagta hai sab bas speculative buying kar rahe hain. Real end-user toh mushkil se hi khareed pa raha hai.
