Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate and I'm a bit confused. I'm looking at both under-construction and ready-to-move properties. Ready-to-move seems safer, but under-construction offers better potential appreciation, right? What do you think? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment? Also, I've been considering Sector 159. Kya aap logon ko pata hai Sector 159 mein property rates kitni badhi hain pichle kuch saalon mein? Is it a good area for investment now? I've heard about Radhey Krishna Techno Build Pvt. Ltd. Has anyone experienced their projects? Builder ka track record kya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye about the risks involved in investing with them, especially considering construction delays. What are the current market conditions in Noida? Is it a buyer's or seller's market? Any insights on expected returns and appreciation in Sector 159 would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for residential investment. Any suggestions or experiences would be helpful!
