Noida real estate investment: Kya worth it hai?

Found this video ranking top cities for real estate investment. Noida ko bhi mention kiya hai, saying it has 'modern infrastructure'. My budget is around that area, so I'm seriously looking. But honestly not sure agar Noida mein abhi bhi growth potential utna hai jitna pehle tha. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai Noida mein property lena abhi bhi smart move hai, especially compared to say, Pune? What's your experience?
