Hey everyone, found this video analyzing the Noida real estate market. It goes into some detail about pricing trends and future prospects. I'm looking at 3BHKs around the 70-80 lakh range and honestly not sure if Noida is the best bet. Anyone else considering projects in Greater Noida instead?
