Is Noida still a good investment for the next 3-4 years, ya market peaked out hai? Fed up ho gaya hoon renting se, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally, property lene ka soch raha hoon Noida mein. Friends bol rahe hain Sector 150 ya Noida Extension mein dekho, Jewar Airport ki wajah se prices upar jaayenge. But construction delays ka darr hai, especially with some builders. Godrej Properties ya ATS ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery? Honestly, not sure agar abhi right time hai. My budget 80L-1.2Cr hai for a 2BHK. Kya iss range mein Sector 107 ya 78 mein kuch decent milega? Should I wait for some correction, ya abhi right time hai to buy?
