Noida real estate: Overpaying for the brand?

Since January I've been comparing different builders in Noida. Honestly not sure if it's worth paying extra for a big name like Godrej. Has anyone had bad experiences with construction quality from them? I've heard mixed reviews about post-possession maintenance in their Noida projects. Conversely, are lesser-known builders like ATS actually delivering better quality for the price? Kya kisi ko pata hai about their on-time delivery record in Sector 150? Should I just look at resale value down the line?
